I think I promised these several months ago, at least, but about two-three weekends ago my husband finally came out so I got some pictures. No real riding update right now... The ring footing is holding up so far and I rode tonight, hopefully I'll get rides in tomorrow and Friday as well.
My favorite part about the pictures is in all of them she's got this super soft eye and just just looks happy. My position is improving, but we've still got a ways to go, obviously.

Wow, she looks big! How tall did you say she is? I can't remember! She looks good. Are you still able to ride or has the footing become impossibly water logged? I feel like I am never going to be able to ride Jay again because it is just SO wet where he is. The footing is better than where I used to keep Deuce, but it is just too wet now.
I think she's like 16.2? She does look huge, but I think it's because her legs are SUPER long. She's built like a greyhound...
The ring is pretty gross. It poses a problem since if she doesn't get ridden at least once a week or so she starts trying to run people over when bringing her in for the night. Our ring has really good footing and I'm hoping to get in another ride Mon or Tues before I leave.
