Intro and TB mare

It took 10 minutes for me to figure out how to post a new topic! Can someone who is good at this PLEASE help me!! I am frustrated with the pictures going to the top everytime!! GRRR

I finally have a horse that I can post about. I ride almost daily but those are on other people's horses and I typically don't share their ride info with others. Apple(my personal horse) is getting hock injections Wed so hopefully in 6 weeks he will be ready for REAL work.

This mare doesn't have a name yet but suggestions are welcome. She is 14yrs old and has been pushing out babies for the past few years. We will work on fitness and whatever her calling happens to be.

She got to the barn on Saturday and Sunday the kids gave her a bath. She was a SAINT. After she was dried and no longer clay RED I rode her. She is flat footed and was a little sore so we didn't ride for long. She is getting shoes tomorrow so hopefully Wed we can get to the real work.

Hi Alex -- I fixed some of the spacing in the post, and took out a duplicate paragraph.

As for pictures...they always insert at the top. Just right click on the one you want to move, "cut", and then move your cursor to where you want, and then right click "paste". Then you can tweak with the spacing, etc. Hope that helps!!!

She's cute!!! I think she'll look great soon. And what a sweetheart to be good for her bath. Hurray for new shoes!

Glad to hear you have a new horse to ride! I'm envious of that shade in your arena!!

They always post at the top. Just highlight, cut, and paste them where you want. It is kinda annoying.

This new horse is very cute. Ive never seen a TB that color. Is she yours, or are you just training her? Did she not come with a name?

Kate, Thanks for the help I will have to practice more! HAHA

PP, She came with a HORRIBLE name! They were calling her Bessie Boo and last time I checked she wasn't a milk cow. She is mine for now. :)

I was wondering where you'd gone!

Congrats on a new project...she's cute!

Why 6 weeks for Apple? I've always been told 3 weeks and I'd see a difference...

Gabby, I was told that 2 weeks would be PRIME but he is out of shape so if after another 4 weeks he isn't 100% then we will have to look at injecting the stifles. :(

Welcome back Alex! :) I thought you'd gotten lost, too!

And OMG!!! Bessie Boo! OMG!!! What a terrible name! She doesn't look like a milk cow to me, either!

She's adorable! When I first saw her picture the name Cally immediately popped into my mind. Or possibly Cassie. I don't know why I thought of those, but I did.
